Galapagar: El alcalde debería dimitir si es condenado por calumnias, algo que es previsible

Ayer Okdiario publicaba, como exclusiva, lo que este digital ya adelantó el pasado día 25 sobre la de conciliación presentada, contra el alcalde de Galapagar, en el Juzgado de Paz, como paso previo a una querella por calumnias tras el manifiesto que leyó y publicó en RR.SS, acusando de un delito de acoso, tipificado en el artículo 172 del Código Penal y de incitar al odio, a los vecinos que acuden cada tarde a pasear y merendar en las inmediaciones de la mansión del Líder Supremo de la Ultraizquierda Pablo Iglesias.
Como todo el mundo sabe, jueces y fiscales ya se han pronunciado, varias veces, en que no existe ese delito de acoso ni de incitación al odio, por lo que esas declaraciones estarían fuera de lugar y podrían ser un delito de calumnias, según los artículos 205 y 206 del Código Penal y que podría ser ampliable a los firmantes de ese manifiesto.
El alcalde, Alberto Gómez Martín, no debería utilizar medios municipales en su defensa si respeta a sus vecinos, debido a que él nunca debió de leer ese manifiesto al ser claramente inapropiado y poder ser una acusación falsa, dada la información que había, por lo que es una decisión personal, además de no haberse votado en Pleno alguno su lectura en nombre de Galapagar. Es decir, señor alcalde, ignorantia facti, non iuris excusator.
Si el infantil ego, tan habitual en ese Equipo de Gobierno, impera y no quiere, en esa conciliación, rectificar y es condenado tras una querella, el alcalde de Galapagar debería dimitir de su cargo por respeto a los vecinos y a esa salud democrática a la que tanto le gusta apelar cuando se trata de otros, como socialista que es.
