Galapagar: Presentan solicitud de conciliación, en Juzgado de Paz de Galapagar, previa a querella contra el alcalde por el manifiesto contra las concentraciones en La Navata

Los vecinos que acuden a los paseos cerca de la mansión del Líder Supremo de la Ultraizquierda, Pablo Iglesias, en La Navata, fueron señalados como acosadores del mismo en un manifiesto leído por el Alcalde de Galapagar desde el Ayuntamiento y colgado en RR.SS, aún sabiendo que todas las denuncias puestas en los Juzgados de Collado Villalba y la Fiscalía de Madrid se han pronunciado de forma clara en que no existe delito alguno ni hay acoso y que están amparados por la libertad de expresión, es decir que, presuntamente, con desprecio a la verdad.
Acusar de un delito inexistente, con publicidad, y conociendo que no lo hay, puede ser un delito de calumnias tipificado en el Código Penal y con agravantes.
Una querella por calumnias requiere de un acto previo de conciliación en el Juzgado de Paz antes de interponerse, motivo por el que la Plataforma de Denunciados por Pablo Iglesias ha presentado hoy, en el Juzgado de Paz de Galapagar, solicitud de conciliación previa a una futura demanda por calumnias al Alcalde de Galapagar, Alberto Gómez Martín, con el fin de que se retracte públicamente y retire su acusación de un delito inexistente de acoso a Pablo Iglesias y su familia.
Podemos Galapagar fue más inteligente denominándolo molestias concentraciones, que podría ser el término correcto a la hora de definirlo y que debería adoptar Alberto Gómez si quiere evitar una querella.
