Galapagar: El Puesto de la Guardia Civil dificulta ejercer el derecho de petición de 11 vecinos

El pasado 14 de julio veíamos la reprochable y lamentable actuación de un bisoño teniente de la Guardia Civil en las protestas de vecinos junto a la mansión de Pablo Iglesias y de lo que informamos en este digital.
Adjuntamos un vídeo demostrativo de aquella actuación que causó vergüenza ajena dentro de aquel artículo.
El pasado 17 de agosto, un vecino en representación de otros 10 perjudicados de aquella actuación de julio, presentaba, en el Puesto de Galapagar, un escrito dirigido a la Inspección de Personal y Servicios de Seguridad del Ministerio del Interior relatando lo sucedido, con un pendrive con las imágenes, y solicitando una investigación al respecto, así como que se depurarán responsabilidades disciplinarias y penales.
A este escrito se le dio número de entrada 946, pero el día después de presentarlo este vecino recibió una llamada de un agente de ese Puesto diciéndole al vecino que su escrito estaba equivocado y que no le daría curso como tal al destinatario, sino que lo adjuntaría a un simple formulario de queja.
Este vecino negó que fuese una queja e insistió en que se diese curso al mismo al destinatario, como recoge la Ley 39/2015 y la Ley 4/2001 que regula el derecho de petición, pero el agente volvió a negarle el dar curso al escrito y le emplazó a firmar el formulario de queja porque no haría nada más, a lo que éste se negó.
Este vecino ha tenido que enviar una queja, en carta certificada, sobre lo ocurrido con este Puesto de Galapagar al DAO de la Guardia Civil para que tome cartas en el asunto y se enviarán sendos escritos al Delegado del Gobierno en Madrid y Defensor del Pueblo informando acerca de este gratuito e injustificado atropelló a los derechos de 11 ciudadanos.
Aunque este digital tiene copia de ambos escritos, por respeto a las autoridades del Ministerio del Interior y de la Guardia Civil, no las publicaremos hasta pasados unos días y las hayan recibido por los medios oficiales.
